2021 Acura TLX Style

The 2021 TLX style is more energetic and athletic with sports-themed styling. Larger air inlets on the bumper, sharp ridges on the hood, larger wheels, thinner chicane taillights, a more coupe-like roofline, deep scallops in the doors, and quad-exit exhaust tips, are highlighted on the latest TLX. The Type S concept is designed to represent a performance-focused formula of the 2021 TLX, showcasing more prominent front air inlets and exhaust outlets.

The 2021 TLX interior is outfitted in bold shades of leather, particularly in the Type S and A-Spec trims. It comes with a 10.2-inch infotainment screen, an optional head-up display, a 7.0-inch digital information cluster, and a touchpad controller. Acura's push-button shifter is located in the center stack, below a drive select knob that switches modes depending on your current diving passion. Select from normal, performance, and individual modes.

Safety and Driver-Assist Features

Every TLX model comes standard with AcuraWatch, a revolutionary, innovative safety technology that is industry-respected. AcuraWatch contains a host of driver-assistance technology and introduces new technology in the TLX. Essential standard safety features found in the 2021 TLX include adaptive cruise control, traffic-sign recognition, driver-awareness monitor, lane-keeping assist, and blind-spot monitoring. If you want to discover AcuraWatch technology and its functions, schedule a test drive today. Our team of Acura experts are always looking for a chance to show off AcuraWatch abilities in a new model Acura.

Turbocharged Performance

The 2021 Acura TLX continues to extend four and six-cylinder engine options. The standard is a 2.0L inline-four turbocharged engine that generates a white-knuckling 272 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque.

The 2021 model revisits the brand's more competitive roots with the Type S high-performance trim. The newly developed turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine is exclusive to this model and is more authoritative than the 290 horsepower 3.5L V6 engine in used Acura models. It also comes standard with Acura's Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD), while the base TLX comes standard with front-wheel drive and an option to upgrade to SH-AWD. Every trim is built with a 10-speed automatic transmission that brings a smooth and natural ride. And, for drivers looking for a sportier behaviour, you may want to consider the inimitably fine-tuned Type S.
